In the event of loss or theft, JCS will work closely with you and your insurer to arrange a prompt settlement that is convenient and provides you with various options. JCS offer a nationwide jewellery replacement service to insurers and their clients via our tailor made home/workplace visit by one of our expert jewellers.
Alternatively if you prefer JCS can offer you a private appointment in our Hatton Garden Showroom to select your replacement jewellery.
JCS can replace Diamond Rings, Pendants and Earrings in 9ct, 18ct gold and Platinum. We can also replace 9ct gold chains, bracelets and a variety of Natural, Cultured, and Freshwater Pearl Necklaces and Earrings.

Our expert goldsmiths will create a design on the computer showing various images of the chosen item and setting options.
CAD designs are well worth the wait, but due to the complex process taken to create your perfect piece of jewellery, it can take approx 4-5 weeks from design to creation.
If this option is requested, JCS will cater for the policy holders’ every need which enables them to select suitable replacements in the relaxed atmosphere and comfort of their own home.

Once your claim has been approved, JCS will make a suitable appointment with you to visit the Showroom in order to replace your stolen jewellery.
JCS will arrange your private appointment in our Showroom (Mon-Fri) to enable you to replace your jewellery in a totally relaxed environment.
If you live outside Greater London and are unable to travel to our Showroom, we can arrange for a jeweller to visit you in the comfort of your own home or workplace.
